Wine tour view
When taking a wine tour of the Santa Cruz mountains, most people tend to focus on the wines and wineries. I on the other hand, focus more on the mountains - trying to remember the beautiful places that I'd like to come back to.
So when you're poured a glass of white wine for a tasting, most people will do just that: taste the wine. Not for me though. I fully trust their judgment on the quality of the wine. For me it's all about his it reflects the sunlight and the shadows cast by the glass.
