Cape Gooseberries?

In Dutch we call them 'lampionnetjes' and I think in English they're better known as 'Cape Goosberries', or some species closely related to the family of berries Physalis. Cape Goosberries are edible and we used to grow them in our garden in Zimbabwe. I don't know if these are the edible sort, but I do know they make great autumn decorations. Whenever I see them, I know Halloween is nearing!
