Red grapes jam

My first attempt to brew some red grapes jam didn't work out the way I wanted. I used grapes, sugar, a bit of water and apple juice concentrate. It was too thin, so I renamed it grape syrup. Just mix a little with cool water and there you have a nice grape lemonade!

My second attempt was better. I used Marmello 2 (pectin, available health food stores in The Netherlands and Belgium), a bit of sugar and apple juice concentrate. The result: three bottles of jam. And it tastes fine!
