Purple heath
The Dutch railway company NS has defined walking routes all over Holland, walks from one railway station to another. The routes pass through beautiful scenery. So far, I have walked a few and last weekend it took a route (a link for our Dutch readers) that passed the beautiful purple heathland in the picture, and also passed the 'Soesterduinen' Marleen wrote about last year.
