Bread-volution

Ever wondered how brown bread turns white... Nooo, not by letting it sit in a bag and grow molds!

It all starts with the dough... a group of anarchistic white flour molecules decide to sneak their way into the brown dough, then the war starts.

Once in the oven, it's brown against white..white is struggling to pierce its way into the centre of the bread. Now at the fourth slice it seems white is taking control and victory is near...

But what's happening? Brown fibres are surrounding the white lump... oh noooo! The blob is diminishing and is gobbled up by the healthy browns..

So you see kids, that's why you should eat brown bread!
