Oxo tower
On the south bank of the river Thames, many nice new areas have arisen in the past decade or so. One of them is the Oxo tower, which is a small tower that was about to demolished some time ago. They decided to restore it and put some artsy shops in a complex underneath it. Guess what happened to the prices in that area... yup... they went higher than Oxo tower has ever been.
