Cross stitching hoop
My Aida-cloth is too large to cross stitch it by hand. I tried, but after a two thousand stitches or so I gave up. So I finally bought a hoop to taut the cloth. That's better, but do I feel like an old lady. (hush, don't tell them I take of my glasses when I start stitching, that makes me feel even older).
