On Broadway
My company has an office in New York. And not just anywhere in New York, it is located right in the heart of Manhattan: on the 23th floor of an office building on Broadway.
When I describe it like that, it probably sounds like the best location ever. Unfortunately when you look out of the window, this is the sight you see.
Wait til I get my hands on the fool that decided to rent office space at the wrong side of the building. On the other hand, the location is still great. And I really don't want to know the price per square meter on the Broadway side of this office building.
