Woodchuck
What you see here is one of the key ingredients to a ballroom dancing contest: a hairpiece. Albeit one with lots of added hairspray to assure that it holds its form when you put it on your head.
I tend to call hairpieces like this one "woodchucks". Yup, I'm not really into ballroom dancing all that much. ;-)
